Commissioned exclusively to acknowledge the team contributing most to innovation, this custom sculpture is a perpetual award and designed for prominent display. The amber and gold pyramid is brilliant with color and energy. The black granite base offers an elegance and appeal while enhancing the strength of the sculpture. Each year, the team member’s name is engraved on the crystal ladder which also serves as the backbone of the sculpture. As an individual acknowledgement, each winner receives a smaller version of the amber and gold pyramid, with a special card recognizing their commitment to new thinking to move the company forward.
